Appearance. Deep gold color (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a large, dense, and creamy off-white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt and light honey-like sweetness. The yeast-driven profile offers clear orange and lemon esters alongside a unique, subtle smoky phenol.
