Binary Stars is a radiant Hazy IPA that showcases the celestial synergy of Citra and Galaxy hops. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing a cosmic blast of passionfruit, peach, and citrus zest. The inclusion of fluffy oats creates a soft, luxurious foundation for the intense hop saturation, which presents as a vibrant, multi-layered juice profile. While the bitterness remains restrained and smooth, it provides just enough structure to balance the succulent fruit flavors. The finish is clean yet lingering, leaving a trail of tropical nectar and a gentle, warming presence that reflects its 7.2% ABV.

Appearance. Luminous straw to light orange (4-6 SRM); opaque, hazy shine without particulates; persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and mango; bright citrus zest including grapefruit and lime; neutral, lightly bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Explosive tropical and stone fruit flavors; low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is soft and well-integrated; low grainy malt flavor; off-dry finish with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste.
