Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves delicate lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a very faint, acceptable haze.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Leading notes of stone fruit, specifically peach and apricot, and bright citrus lime zest. Subtle berry-like currants and tropical fruit undertones. Malt is a supportive, clean, grainy background. Fermentation is neutral with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors dominated by Citra citrus and Idaho 7 stone fruit character. Initial impression of ripe peach and lime. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and not harsh. Malt character is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft bready foundation. Finishes medium-dry with a clean, lingering hoppy aftertaste.
