A bold 7% ABV supports a profile dominated by the zesty, aromatic punch of Tahitian lemon puree. The use of real Lacto bacteria provides a sharp, clean lactic acidity that cuts through the silky, unfermented sweetness of added lactose. Subtle doughy malt notes provide a pie-crust foundation, while the creamy texture mimics a whipped topping. Appearance. Bright, pale straw to sunny yellow (SRM 3-4); hazy to opaque appearance due to fruit puree and lactose; moderate white head with fair retention and slight lacing.
