The El Dorado Lupomax delivers concentrated bursts of sweet pineapple and mango, while Vic Secret adds layers of passion fruit. Citra rounds out the profile with bright grapefruit and lime zest. Despite its lower strength, it maintains the hallmark soft, juicy character of the style, balancing a bready malt backbone with a restrained bitterness that highlights the lush, fruit-forward hop expression. It is a modern, hop-focused interpretation designed for maximum drinkability and aromatic impact.
Appearance. Straw to light gold in color with an opaque, hazy clarity that provides a luminous shine. The beer is topped with a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of tropical pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, complemented by bright citrus grapefruit and lime. Malt is a subtle background of grainy, bready notes with a clean, neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor provides support. Bitterness is low to moderate and very smooth, never sharp. The finish is off-dry and soft, leaving a lingering impression of fruit juice.
