Collaborative brewing expertise results in a vibrant sensory tapestry driven by Ekuanot, Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. The aroma and palate are awash with intense layers of sweet berry, juicy stone fruit, and tropical notes reminiscent of mango and pineapple. Despite its 9.5% ABV, the beer maintains a deceptive drinkability, transitioning from a soft, malt-supported sweetness into a distinct candy-like finish. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-11 SRM) with a modern, slight haze from heavy dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent blueberry and tropical fruit. Mosaic and Citra provide citrus and berry depth, while El Dorado contributes stone fruit and pear notes. Clean, neutral malt sweetness in the background with a soft, detectable alcohol presence.
