High Times is an intricate Wild Ale that showcases the symbiotic relationship between Saison and Brettanomyces yeasts. This pale gold ale radiates a complex bouquet of white grape and dried floral tea leaves, underpinned by a rustic medley of orchard fruits and tart hedgerow berries. The Brett influence provides a delicate, earthy funk that persists through the finish, while maturation in oak barrels imparts a subtle, creamy vanilla texture and structural tannin.
