The nose is a tropical explosion of fresh Pineapple and Mango, further amplified by the citrus and passion fruit notes of Galaxy hops. Fermentation with Brettanomyces Claussenii and Brettanomyces Anomala provides a complex layer of rustic hay and earthy funk that balances the lush fruit profile. It drinks exceptionally dry with a crisp, mineral-like finish, allowing the bright acidity of the fruit to shine through. The interplay between the succulent fruit refermentation and the wild yeast creates a sophisticated, effervescent, and highly refreshing sensory experience.
