This delicate Saison presents a masterclass in balance, merging a rustic farmhouse base with the exotic allure of soursop and Madagascar Vanilla Beans. The pour reveals a vibrant tropical bouquet where the soursop contributes distinct notes of pineapple and strawberry-cream, seamlessly entwined with the aromatic, marshmallow-like sweetness of the vanilla. A foundation of crackery malt and subtle peppery phenols provides structure, while the finish remains exceptionally dry and effervescent.
