This delicate Saison presents a masterclass in balance, merging a rustic farmhouse base with the exotic allure of soursop and Madagascar Vanilla Beans. The pour reveals a vibrant tropical bouquet where the soursop contributes distinct notes of pineapple and strawberry-cream, seamlessly entwined with the aromatic, marshmallow-like sweetness of the vanilla. A foundation of crackery malt and subtle peppery phenols provides structure, while the finish remains exceptionally dry and effervescent. It is a nuanced, elegant interpretation that elevates the traditional Belgian profile with a creamy, fruit-forward complexity that never overshadows its refreshing, highly attenuated roots.

Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with a dense, persistent white rocky head and intricate Belgian lacing; moderate haziness from the addition of fruit and cereal grains.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a blend of spicy black pepper phenols and soft, grainy malt. Tropical esters from the soursop emerge as pineapple and creamy strawberry, bolstered by the floral, sweet perfume of Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Low earthy hop notes linger in the background.
