This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of tropical intensity and velvet textures. The sensory journey is led by a powerful dry-hop addition of Citra, delivering a sharp mango-y tang that cuts through deeper, more complex notes of overripe stone fruit contributed by Idaho7 and the idiosyncratic, slightly spicy character of Zappa hops. A pale malt foundation provides a clean, bready backdrop, while a strategic addition of rye imparts a distinctive silkiness and extra smoothness to the palate. The result is a lush, juice-forward experience where fruit saturation meets a soft, creamy, and remarkably drinkable finish.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. Topped by a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves dense, sticky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical notes of mango, passionfruit, and overripe peach from Citra and Idaho7, layered with the unique, slightly spicy and wild fruity nuances of Zappa. Malt is supportive and grainy-sweet, with no caramel or toast present. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Explodes with fruity hop flavors including mango, orange citrus, and a hint of melon. The malt provides a soft, bready sweetness that balances a low-to-medium hop bitterness.
