The use of Talus in the whirlpool establishes a foundation of zesty tangerine, while heavy dry-hopping with Mosaic and Cashmere adds complex layers of ripe peach, pineapple, and sweet cantaloupe. It presents a super pale, opaque appearance with a soft, smooth texture typical of the style. While remaining juicy, a firm bitterness provides a crisp counterpoint to the residual malt sugars, ensuring a balanced, drinkable finish. Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Prominent notes of tangerine, cantaloupe, and pineapple, followed by ripe peaches and stone fruit. Background malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready or grainy character without any caramel. Clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high tropical hop flavor, emphasizing pineapple, tangerine, and peach. The malt is low but supportive, tasting of fresh white bread.
