Sibeeria Growler is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with an intense tropical profile. The use of Talus in the whirlpool establishes a foundation of zesty tangerine, while heavy dry-hopping with Mosaic and Cashmere adds complex layers of ripe peach, pineapple, and sweet cantaloupe. It presents a super pale, opaque appearance with a soft, smooth texture typical of the style. While remaining juicy, a firm bitterness provides a crisp counterpoint to the residual malt sugars, ensuring a balanced, drinkable finish. This collaboration showcases a multifaceted hop expression where stone fruit and citrus harmonize over a neutral, bready malt base.
Appearance. Straw to very pale gold (3-4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic haze and a soft shine. Pours with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head featuring high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Prominent notes of tangerine, cantaloupe, and pineapple, followed by ripe peaches and stone fruit. Background malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready or grainy character without any caramel. Clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High to very high tropical hop flavor, emphasizing pineapple, tangerine, and peach. The malt is low but supportive, tasting of fresh white bread. Bitterness is moderate-high for the style, balancing the residual sugars without being sharp or harsh. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Moderate carbonation. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Lacks any astringency or raw starch harshness.

New England IPA, 17° Plato, 6.9% ABV. Naše první kolaborace s Beer Station se v okamžiku vyprodala s vělkým úspěchem. Nad další společnou várkou jsme se proto nemuseli zamyslet dvakrát. Tentokrát jsme se rozhodli pro něco zakaleného. Tahle sedmnáctka NEIPA je hezky světlá a jemná, s vyšší hořkostí vyvažující zbytkový cukr. Talus použitý ve vířivé kádi vytváří solidní mandarinkový základ, na který jsme pak ještě uložili vrstvy žlutého melounu, ananasu a zralých broskví. To díky haldám Mosaicu a Cashmere ve studeném chmelení. Přímo definice tropické chmelové vůně.
