Voor deze Coffee Stout heeft Schwarze Rose samengewerkt met het in Frankfurt gevestigde Hoppenworth & Ploch, die bekend staan om het voortdurend maken van nieuwe aromatische koffiebrandstoffen, waardoor het beste uit elke boon wordt gehaald. Na een bezoek aan hun koffiebranderij kwamen ze op een goed idee hoe ze de koffie (Passeio) in hun brouwsel konden gebruiken: ze stopten de helft ervan in hun whirlpool van 80°C en met de andere helft “droogden” ze de Stout. Ze hebben ook ongeveer een kwart gemoute haver in het maalsel gebruikt om het nog romiger te maken. Bereid je voor op een zeer drinkbare Stout met laagjes koffie en cacao, een vleugje karamel, walnoot en esdoorn.
