This Imperial Stout offers an unapologetically bold sensory experience, defined by its massive 10% ABV and the addition of two hundred hand-processed vanilla beans. The aromatic profile is dominated by a deep interplay of espresso-like roast and creamy, floral vanilla, supported by hints of black cherry and dark chocolate. On the palate, expect a luxurious, velvety texture that carries intense flavors of bittersweet cocoa, burnt grain, and a decadent, lingering vanilla sweetness. Despite its strength, the alcohol provides a smooth, integrated warmth rather than a sharp bite, resulting in a complex, dessert-like finish that balances aggressive roasted bitterness with a rich, spice-forward character.
Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+), topped with a thick, dense, dark tan head that displays excellent persistence and leaves oily legs on the glass.
