Saison ou FarmHouse Ale, é um estilo de cerveja que tem este nome, porque era apenas produzida no Inverno, quando o trabalho agrícola nas quintas era mais fraco. Para os trabalhadores, não ficarem sem trabalho, dedicavam-se à produção destas cervejas. São cervejas de quinta com paladares cítricos e frescos, com um final tradicionalmente seco e ligeiramente amargo.
