S43 Brewery Mythical Beast Bandwagon

Tasting Notes
We hosted our new friends Tartarus Brewing earlier in the year and decided to brew up a big, boozy and beautiful Belgian golden strong. Brewed traditionally using a simple malt bill of all german lager malt, hopped lightly with Tettnang and Herkules hops and fermented warm with Belgian yeast for maximum fruity and spicy esters. It pours a bright straw colour with a large foamy head, aromas of sweet pear and tangerine dominant along with hints of bubblegum and peppery spice. At 9.9% it has a surprisingly smooth, light and crisp body with just a hint of booziness.
