Batsquatch is a quintessential Hazy IPA that captures a juicy mystery in every glass. Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, including mango, pineapple, and passionfruit, with a secondary note of sweet citrus; clean, neutral, lightly bready malt in the background; no DMS or diacetyl; light fruity esters from fermentation.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical aroma; low to medium-low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation; low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never sharp; off-dry to medium finish with a clean, lingering fruitiness; no harsh hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth texture; moderate carbonation; light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no astringency or raw starchiness.
