This Wild Specialty Beer radiates a vibrant 'sun in the glass' character, defined by an intense infusion of fresh mango. The sensory profile is led by the succulent, tropical essence of the fruit, seamlessly integrated with a clean, lactic tartness characteristic of a modern wild fermentation. While the base malt remains a subtle, neutral backdrop, the mango dominates the aromatics and palate, offering a juicy, refreshing experience.
