Desde de ahí hemos seguido experimentando para intentar siempre dar un toque natural y "del Valle" a nuestras creaciones. Nuestros productos son fieles a la tradición cervecera, hechas sólo con agua del valle, maltas, lúpulo y levadura, nada más. Aaaahhhh, y por supuesto, ¡¡¡Sin Filtrar Ni Pasteurizar!!!! También añadimos otros ingredientes que le dan su toque a cada cerveza. Elaboramos Ediciones Limitadas con regularidad en las que damos rienda suelta a nuestra creatividad y damos el toque más murciano, utilizando frutas, especias y otros ingredientes característicos.
Nuestro sueño para el futuro sería escuchar algún día una conversación sobre variedades de lúpulo entre dos ancianos por las calles de Ricote. Ahora en serio, conseguir crecer hasta que la fábrica se nos quedara pequeña sería un buen síntoma de que estamos haciendo las cosas bien. Queremos ser fieles a las buenas cervezas y darle un toque pedagógico a todas nuestras actividades, y si al final sólo vemos a los ancianos del pueblo hablando de estilos cerveceros también sería genial.
