Appearance. Very pale straw to medium yellow (SRM 2-3). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has low persistence and minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity and very clean. Primary notes of grainy, sweet malt with subtle corn-like hints. Hop aroma is nearly absent, with only the faintest trace of spicy or floral character. No yeast-derived esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial impression is neutral and clean. Low grainy malt flavor provides a perceived sweetness due to the very low bitterness (IBU 8-18). Hop flavor is negligible, showing a faint herbal quality. The balance is slightly malty-sweet, finishing very dry, crisp, and refreshing with no lingering harshness.
