The aromatic profile is defined by rich Maillard products, specifically toasted bread crust and a deep, savory smokiness. On the palate, the Munich malt base provides a medium-full body with layers of caramel and a distinctive dried plum fruitiness that balances the phenolic smoke notes. This lager finishes clean and well-attenuated, allowing the smoky aftertaste to linger alongside a gentle, integrated alcohol warmth that enhances its cold-weather appeal.
Appearance. Deep copper to dark brown with brilliant garnet highlights. Pours with a large, creamy, off-white head that demonstrates excellent persistence and leaves fine lacing on the glass.
