Evolution is a West Coast IPA coming at 6.3% ABV. Tasting Notes: Evolution is a copper-colored West Coast IPA-style craft beer, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Chinook hops. The aroma highlights the resinous and pine notes typical of the West Coast IPA style, as well as hints of citrus, lemon, and, to a lesser extent, tropical fruit. With the first sip, we notice that it's very well balanced. Its 40 IBUs of bitterness are well integrated with the malts and hops. On the palate, we again find resinous and herbal notes, along with the more citrus and tropical notes of the Mosaic hops.

REC Brew Evolution es una West Coast IPA con un dry hopping de lúpulos Mosaic y Chinook.

Evolution es una cerveza de color cobre tirando a pajizo, donde destaca una abundante espuma de color blanca y muy persistente en el vaso.

En aroma destacan las notas resinosas y a pino típicas del estilo West Coast IPA, también encontraremos aromas cítricos, limón y en menor medida a frutas tropicales.

Con el primer trago de cerveza, vamos a ver que está muy bien balanceada. Sus 40 IBUs de amargor se encuentran muy bien integrados junto a las maltas y los lúpulos.

En boca volveremos a encontrarnos con notas resinosas y herbales, junto con las notas más cítricas y tropicales del lúpulo Mosaic.

Una West Coast IPA de trago fácil y largo.
