Le nostre birre le facciamo in un casale del ‘900 immerso nel verde a Roma in Via Ardeatina, 931 e con un grandissimo giardino. È il luogo in cui abbiamo scelto di realizzare il nostro sogno, poter condividere le nostre produzioni con amici e appassionati. Se i muri della sala cottura da 10 hl potessero parlare racconterebbero la nostra storia, hanno visto nascere ogni ricetta, vederla prendere forma nei tank di fermentazione per poi essere confezionata in lattina o in fusti.
COSA FACCIAMO
Produciamo la birra artigianale in fusto e in lattina, ma non ci trovi solo a Roma: grazie alle attività di B2B copriamo tutta Italia e riforniamo delle nostre birre i migliori locali della Penisola. Dall’apertura del birrificio nel 2016, l’importante per noi di Rebel’s è sempre stato ricercare e trovare sapori unici. Solo due grandi regole: esperimento ed equilibrio. Ogni ricetta è un’esperienza unica e studiata per far emergere emozioni precise a chi stappa ogni lattina. Devi solo trovare il tuo gusto!

Da noi ti diverti, incontri tante persone e bevi un’ottima birra artigianale da degustare al fresco del Garden, l’anima estiva del nostro birrificio, un giardino di circa 400 mq. Qui troverai non solo birre e cocktail, ma anche intrattenimento, game e musica: dj set, food truck, le feste fino all’alba. Abbiamo creato la migliore atmosfera possibile per incontrare moltissime persone su Roma con cui condividere le nostre birre!
