Roy es de Londres, Inglaterra y Alex de Terrassa, Catalunya. Nos conocimos en un curso en Barcelona y empezamos a elaborar juntos cerveza artesana en la cocina de Alex. Después de invadir todas las neveras y la mayor parte de la casa, echamos el coche a la calle y nos trasladamos al garaje. Tras varias aventuras y con el entusiasta apoyo de nuestros sedientos amigos, decidimos probar suerte convirtiendo nuestro amor por la cerveza artesana en Quaff Brewery… ¡Y aquí estamos!
¿Por qué Quaff?
Quaff es, por supuesto, nuestra palabra cervecera favorita. Significa algo así como “beber con ganas” o “a grandes tragos”. Ya captáis la idea. De manera, que una cerveza “quaffable” es ideal tanto para saciar la sed en un momento como para disfrutar de unos gratificantes sorbos. Por supuesto nuestras cervezas se pueden beber a sorbos, a sorbitos o a tragos de camello, pero todas ellas son “quaffables”.

Nos encanta hacer cervezas artesanas “quaffables” de las que todo el mundo disfrute. Nos hace felices y queremos compartir con vosotros la diversión. Todo lo que hacemos, nuestras cervezas, nuestras etiquetas, los vasos recomendados… Todo es pura diversión. ¡Así que súbete al carro con una sonrisa y un vaso raro!
