This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer, a collaboration between Pyrene and Juguetes Perdidos, explodes with a deep sensory profile driven by blackcurrant, cherry, and blueberry. The appearance is a striking, brilliant crimson with an evanescent pink head. On the nose, intense aromatics of tart dark berries and earthy blueberry skins mingle with the funky, rustic notes of a wild fermentation. The palate is dominated by a juicy, sharp acidity from the blackcurrant and blueberry, softened by the fleshy, rounded sweetness of cherry. A clean, refreshingly dry finish showcases the complex interplay between wild yeast and the concentrated fruit additions.

Appearance. Brilliant, intense deep purple-red hue. The head is moderate, light pink, with fair retention and slight lacing. Usually clear to slightly hazy from the heavy fruit load.
