Whirl is an assertive Double IPA that showcases the classic synergy of Centennial and Citra hops. It leads with a vibrant sensory profile of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and ripe tropical fruit, underpinned by a clean, neutral malt base. At 8.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability despite its strength, offering a firm but smooth bitterness that never veers into harshness. The Centennial hops provide a floral, woodsy structure, while the Citra lends bright citrus notes.
