Portus Rubia is an approachable Blonde Ale designed for coastal refreshment. A trio of malts establishes a soft, grainy foundation with subtle hints of freshly baked bread and toasted crackers. Appearance. Light yellow to deep gold (3–6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a low to medium white head showing fair retention and delicate lacing.
