Appearance. Hazy, pale ruby-pink (10-12 SRM) with a moderate, fine-beaded white head showing good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; sharp lactic tartness leads into complex notes of red currants and sloe berries. Distinct herbal lemon thyme and citrusy coriander aromatics are supported by vinous hints of apricot and floral honey from the Sauternes barrels, with a faint mineral saltiness and fruity hop esters.

Taste. Initial bright acidity and tart berry flavors are followed by a doughy wheat malt base. The mid-palate reveals herbal thyme and spicy coriander, balanced by a perceptible but refined pink Himalayan rock salt character. The barrel influence adds layers of dry white wine and toasted oak.
