Põhjala Double Kosmos is an intergalactic Double IPA that presents a bold sensory experience. It pours a hazy, deep gold with a thick, persistent white head. The aroma is a high-intensity fusion of tropical fruits, offering notes of mango and pineapple alongside bright grapefruit zest and a subtle resinous undertone. On the palate, the hop-forward character dominates, delivering complex layers of stone fruit and citrus over a lean, supportive malt base of cracker and light grain. Despite its 8% ABV, it remains remarkably drinkable, featuring a firm but smooth bitterness that leads to a clean, dry, and lingering hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but remains well-integrated without any solvent notes or astringency.
