The grist, featuring oat malt and wheat flakes, provides a characteristic hazy appearance and a soft, pillowy texture that carries the hops effortlessly. A deliberate dry-hop trio of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Cryo Hops Sabro creates a complex sensory profile. Expect bright citrus and mango from the Citra, sophisticated notes of crushed white grapes and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin, and a distinctive hint of tropical coconut from the Sabro. It is a refreshing, hop-forward experience with a gentle bitterness and a clean, fruity finish.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, grapefruit (Citra), and white wine grapes (Nelson Sauvin), with a subtle creamy coconut note (Sabro). Background malt is clean, bready, and lightly grainy with no caramel; fermentation is neutral with supportive fruity esters.
