The sensory experience is dominated by a tropical explosion of peach, pineapple, and passion fruit, creating a bright, tart acidity. The addition of oats provides a soft, silken foundation that carries the exotic richness of toasted coconut and the smooth, rounding sweetness of vanilla. These elements temper the sharp wild fermentation, resulting in a complex yet accessible profile. Appearance. Pale gold to soft apricot (4-6 SRM) with a persistent, fine-beaded white head. The beer displays a significant haze from the oat additions and fruit juices, while the head shows moderate lacing despite the low pH and oils from the coconut.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh passion fruit and tart pineapple lead the profile, supported by soft peach esters. A distinct creamy vanilla and subtle coconut sweetness provide a dessert-like counterpoint to the sharp, lactic sourness.
