Origin represents a masterful collaboration between PINTA Barrel Brewing and the legendary Oud Beersel, blending wild ales aged for two and three years. This Brett Beer exudes a sophisticated profile of aged complexity, leading with an aromatic bouquet of horse blanket, wet hay, and aged leather. Subtle notes of dried apricot and lemon zest emerge, woven through an earthy, rustic foundation. On the palate, it is exceptionally dry and effervescent, showcasing a vibrant interplay of citrus-like acidity and stone fruit esters. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (SRM 5-7). Moderate white head with fair retention and light lacing. Slight haze is present, typical of a long-aged wild blend.
