This triple dry-hopped Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile defined by its massive hop saturation. Citra and Amarillo hops take center stage, delivering a complex tapestry of dank peach, ripe tropical mango, and resinous pine. At 10% ABV, the strength is apparent but smooth, supported by a neutral malt backbone that allows the hop character to dominate. The aromatics are high-intensity, offering a pungent, fruity punch that transitions into a flavor profile rich with stone fruit and citrus zest. It balances high hop bitterness with a creamy texture, finishing with a lingering resinous warmth and clean fermentation character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves thick, soapy lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of overripe peach, mango, and passion fruit from the Citra and Amarillo additions. Distinctive dank, resinous pine and floral orange blossoms are present, supported by a very low, neutral, grainy malt presence and clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Bold hop flavors lead with juicy peach, citrus oils, and a tropical fruit medley. Bitterness is firm and assertive but lacks harshness, balanced by a soft, slightly sweet malt foundation. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering resinous pine and grapefruit zest aftertaste that remains clean.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, reflecting its high ABV without being solventy or hot.
