L’aroma, pulitissimo, fa risaltare una bella speziatura donata dai lieviti, piacevolmente piccante, seguita da note fruttate di albicocca e polpa d’arancio. In bocca la troviamo molto vivace, con una carbonazione sostenuta, molto piacevole sovrapposta alla speziatura dei lieviti; l’imbocco maltato di pane è seguito da note fruttate che richiamano l’aroma (arancio e albicocca), per un una bevuta che si mantiene sul dolce. Sul finale viene suggerito lo stesso fruttato sciroppato. Ottimo aroma, pulito e convincente. In bocca il livello cala leggermente anche a causa di una pulizia meno accurata. Piacevole da bere e ben fatta.
