Aroma. High intensity with a sharp, clean lactic sourness. The dominant aroma is fresh, zesty pomelo, supported by a moderate bready and doughy wheat malt character. Subtle floral coriander notes emerge alongside a faint, clean sea-salt salinity. No hop aroma is present.
Taste. Immediate medium-high tartness featuring bright, juicy pomelo flavors. A soft, doughy wheat malt provides a brief foundation before the acidity and a light mineral saltiness take over.
