Ghost Prime is an ultra-modern exploration of the Double IPA style, defined by an overwhelming saturation of Citra hops. Utilizing revolutionary YCH-301 Cryo Fresh Hops, this beer presents a hyper-vivid lupulin profile that mimics the sensory experience of squeezing fresh berries directly from the vine. The aroma is an intense explosion of tropical mango and bright grapefruit, supported by a clean, neutral malt base. On the palate, a profound hop resin depth delivers layered citrus and stone fruit complexity. It balances high hop bitterness with a remarkably smooth, velvety finish, epitomizing the brightest expressions of fresh hop technology.
Appearance. SRM 6-8. Deep gold with a persistent, dense white foam head that leaves heavy lacing. Distinctive hazy to opaque clarity characteristic of modern interpretations.
Aroma. High to intense hop-forward bouquet dominated by Citra hop characteristics: ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright lime zest. Secondary notes of fresh pine resin and a vibrant, un-kilned fresh hop character. Malt is low and neutral, providing a faint crackery background. Clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical fruit and citrus juice. Strong hop flavors of grapefruit and lychee saturate the palate. Bitterness is firm and high, consistent with 70-80 IBU expectations, but remains clean and devoid of vegetal harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, resinous aftertaste of fresh lupulin and bright citrus oils.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth from the 8% ABV. Exceptional smoothness with no hop-derived astringency despite the high hopping rate.

Voici la version “Ghost Prime”, qui utilise la technologie YCH-301 de Yakima Chief. Le houblon a subi une surgélation flash alors qu’il était encore entier (en cône) afin de conserver toute sa fraicheur aromatique. C’est dans un second temps qu’il est compacté sous forme de pellet. Ce procédé permet d’isoler, de protéger et de concentrer les résines et huiles présentes dans le houblon.
Que serait une Parish Ghost si elle était simplement issue d’un jus de houblon directement pressé depuis un plant de houblon ? La réponse : Ghost Prime.
