Its signature amber color comes from roasted Champagne Malt, which provides a light toasted character without the weight of darker ales. The aroma features a delicate interplay between honeyed notes from French Barley and fruity esters of pear and orange from the Belgian yeast. A soft, bready sweetness is punctuated by a mild, herbal hop presence from traditional English hops. Appearance. Clear amber to copper (10-14 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Dense, creamy, rocky white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate bready and biscuity malt intensity with hints of honey. Fruitiness is moderate, suggestive of pear and orange peel. Low herbal and earthy hop character from the use of English hops. Very low peppery yeast phenols.
