Inspired by the classic summer dessert, this Wild Specialty Beer delivers a vibrant interplay of tart and creamy sensations. Bright, zingy gooseberries provide a sharp, citrus-like acidity that cuts through the plush, jammy sweetness of ripe raspberries. The addition of lactose and vanilla creates a smooth, rounded custard-like backdrop, softening the wild fermentation’s edges. While the base suggests a wild complexity, the focus remains on the fruit-forward profile, balancing acidic brightness with a velvety, dessert-like finish. It is a playful, sensory-rich experience that bridges the gap between a refreshing sour ale and a decadent treat.

Appearance. Hazy, vibrant coral to pinkish-red hue; moderate pink-tinted head with fair retention and slight lacing.
