Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with a hazy to opaque clarity. Displays a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit from Vic Secret and Mosaic, complemented by bright lime and lemon zest from Motueka. A supporting layer of resinous pine and grapefruit from Simcoe sits over a neutral, grainy malt background with very light fruity esters.
Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of mango, lime, and citrus pith, followed by an earthy, resinous pine character.
