Aroma. High intensity zesty blood orange layered over moderate fruity esters of lemon and pear, with distinct black pepper phenols. Low earthy and floral hop character with a subtle, grainy malt background.
Taste. Immediate citrusy blood orange and peppery spice. Low grainy malt flavor. Hop bitterness is moderate but feels firm due to high attenuation and a light, refreshing tartness. Earthy hop flavor persists into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering spicy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with very high, effervescent carbonation. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Crisp and refreshing with no astringency.
