Eine Vesper der ganz anderen Art stammt aus der Feder der portugiesischen Brauerei Ophiussa, die uns mit dem gleichnamigen Braustück das perfekte Getränk zur nächsten Snackpause beschert.
Ophiussas Vesper ist ein Smoothie Sour. Die Brauerei hat sich auf diese besonders cremige, griffige und fruchtige Art des Sauerbieres spezialisiert und hat einige exzellente Vertreter davon im Sortiment. Zum Beispiel Vesper. Der Sud basiert auf einer kräftigen Mischung aus Weizenflocken, Pilsner- und Weizenmalz, die dem Bier eine unfassbar dickflüssige Konsistenz verleiht. Für das ausschweifend fruchtige Aromenspiel sind sonnenverwöhnte Pfirsiche, goldene Ananas, exotische Guave und ein Hauch Kokosnuss verantwortlich. Jeder einzelne Schluck ist eine sommerliche Komposition aus überschwänglich saftigem Obst, cremiger Kokosnuss und einem fruchtigen Säurekick. Das seidenweiche Braustück streichelt Gaumen und Seele mit seinem sommerlichen Charme, seiner unwiderstehlichen Cremigkeit und seinem locker-flockigen Urlaubsflair.
