Ophiussa Gugurmin is an immersive Hazy IPA that delivers a lush tropical experience through a triple-dry-hopped blend of Galaxy, Sabro, and Citra. The sensory profile is defined by deep hop saturation, presenting intense layers of ripe peach and succulent mango. The Sabro hops introduce a distinctive, creamy coconut note that enhances the overall juicy character. Soft and pillowy on the palate, it balances these fruit-forward hop expressions with a neutral, grainy malt backbone. This beer showcases a signature hazy shine, offering a smooth, restrained bitterness and a refreshing, fruit-laden finish that emphasizes depth and aromatic complexity.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (SRM 3-6) with a deep, opaque haze and a characteristic luminous shine. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by tropical stone fruit notes of mango and peach. A unique coconut sweetness and subtle citrus zest provide depth. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready or grainy, while fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. The initial impression is a massive burst of tropical fruit, echoing the mango, peach, and coconut found in the aroma. Bitterness is low to moderate and notably soft, never sharp or harsh. The malt provides a supporting grainy sweetness, finishing off-dry and juicy with a lingering, hop-saturated aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and exceptionally smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. It lacks any hop-derived astringency or harshness, providing a well-integrated and gentle warmth.
