Echoes is a radiant Wild Specialty Beer crafted as a smoothie-style collaboration between Ophiussa and Frontaal. It pours with an opaque, juice-like intensity, immediately offering a high-impact bouquet of sun-kissed mandarin and tangy, exotic guava. The sensory experience is defined by a velvety, dessert-like body where the inclusion of banana provides a silky, structural sweetness that rounds out the zesty citrus sparkle. A bright, lactic acidity balances the lush fruit profile, ensuring the bold tropical depth remains refreshing. This beer concludes with a lingering, fruit-saturated finish that emphasizes a smooth, indulgent character and vibrant citrus brightness.

Appearance. Opaque, saturated golden-orange (SRM 6-8) with a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Features a dense, mousse-like head with moderate retention and a pale orange tint; heavy lacing is present.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromatics of fresh mandarin peel and pulpy guava nectar. A distinct creamy banana sweetness is layered throughout, supported by a clean, lactic sourness and negligible malt or hop character.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tangy tropical fruit. Prominent flavors of juicy mandarin and exotic guava provide a vibrant acidity, while banana adds a significant silky sweetness and weight. Bitterness is non-existent. The fermentation is clean and tart, balancing the residual fruit sugars for a bold yet harmonious profile. The finish is long and fruit-forward.

Mouthfeel. Full, viscous, and velvety body with a smoothie-like thickness. Carbonation is moderate-low, providing a soft sparkle. There is no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency, resulting in an exceptionally creamy and indulgent texture.
