Apresentamos a nova West Coast Ipa. Cristalina, amarga e cheia de carácter! Com 6% Abv, é uma cerveja fácil de beber, refrescante, de final seco e que presta homenagem às raízes do estilo mas com um twist moderno. No whirlpool usaram-se os lúpulos Mosaic e Simcoe, que trazem notas de pinho, citrinos e fruta de caroço madura. Já no dry-hop, é o Nelson Sauvin que dá o tom, com o seu perfil vínico, nuances de groselha e um toque tropical elegante. O resultado é uma West Coast que cumpre o propósito que tinham em mente: uma fusão entre a velha guarda e a nova geração de lúpulos.

Sitting at a drinkable 6% Abv, this beer is a luxurious journey that nods to the classics while carrying a modern twist. On the hot side, we’ve loaded the kettle with Mosaic and Simcoe, laying down layers of dank pine, citrus zest and ripe stone fruit. Then, on the cold side, we let Nelson Sauvin shine, bringing its signature white wine character, hints of gooseberry and a touch of tropical brightness. The result?
