This non-alcoholic English Porter presents a surprisingly deep sensory profile, skillfully masking its low alcohol content with a rich layer of freshly roasted coffee. The aroma is dominated by dark, aromatic beans that meld into the base beer's notes of baker’s chocolate and toasted biscuit. On the palate, a delicate balance of caramel and nutty sweetness provides a canvas for the earthy, roasted coffee flavors. The mouthfeel is remarkably structured for a non-alcoholic offering, maintaining a light creaminess that carries the roasty bitterness through to a clean, lingering finish, capturing the classic essence of a dark British ale.

Appearance. Deep brown with ruby highlights (25-30 SRM); persistent light tan head with moderate lacing; clear when held to the light, appearing opaque in the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of roasted coffee beans; moderate chocolate and bready malt character with hints of toffee and nuts; low earthy hops; very low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is coffee-forward; moderate chocolate and biscuity malt flavors follow with a slight caramel sweetness; low earthy hop flavor; medium-low bitterness enhanced by roasted grains; finishes fairly dry with a lingering roasted coffee aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; moderate carbonation; no alcohol warmth; light creamy texture; very low astringency from roasted additions.
