This International Pale Lager captures the essence of a Baja Style Lager, prioritizing crisp refreshment and high drinkability. It opens with a clean, low-intensity aroma of grainy-malt and a faint, pleasant corny sweetness. The sensory experience is defined by its brilliant clarity and a pale straw hue. On the palate, expect a lean, crackery malt profile supported by a very low spicy and herbal hop character. Its high attenuation leads to a bone-dry, snappy finish with a refreshing carbonic bite.
