This International Pale Lager captures the essence of a Baja Style Lager, prioritizing crisp refreshment and high drinkability. It opens with a clean, low-intensity aroma of grainy-malt and a faint, pleasant corny sweetness. The sensory experience is defined by its brilliant clarity and a pale straw hue. On the palate, expect a lean, crackery malt profile supported by a very low spicy and herbal hop character. Its high attenuation leads to a bone-dry, snappy finish with a refreshing carbonic bite. Appearance. Brilliant clarity, pale straw to light gold (approx. 3 SRM). Pours with a frothy, white head that has moderate retention and leaves light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity and very clean. Delicate grainy-malty sweetness with a faint, pleasant corny-sweet adjunct note. Hop aroma is very low, showing light spicy and herbal nuances. No fruity esters or fermentation byproducts.
