Wij kiezen al onze grondstoffen bewust en werken voor zover mogelijk met lokale en biologische producten. Onze kleine brouwerij is gevestigd in Nijmegen.
Omdat wij veel experimenteren, wisselen wij net als een restaurant regelmatig van kaart. Om toch een beetje orde in de chaos te scheppen plaatsen wij elk van onze bieren in een van onze vier lijnen: Donker en Diep, Saison, Bruisend en Blond, God is Goed.
