This Nitro Coffee Stout, a refined Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer, presents an elegant marriage of Irish and Polish brewing traditions. The use of premium Brazilian coffee delivers a sophisticated aroma of fresh-roasted beans and dark chocolate, seamlessly integrated with the toasted character of Irish malt. Appearance. Opaque, deep ebony to jet black (SRM 35-40). Features a dense, thick, and exceptionally long-lasting tan head with a fine, creamy nitro texture and characteristic cascading effect.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity dominated by fresh-roasted Brazilian coffee and dark cocoa. Supporting notes of toasted Irish malt, light nuttiness, and a subtle earthy sweetness from Polish rolled oats. Hop aroma is absent, and fermentation is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is smooth roasted coffee and bittersweet chocolate. The mid-palate reveals rich Irish malt complexity with toasted bread and nutty layers.
